  All quotations shared are valid only for the time period mentioned in the quote.

  3. Payments
  
  Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone payment structure.
  
  Work will proceed only after receiving the advance payment.

  4. Design Ownership
  
  All 2D/3D designs, layouts, and concepts created by Sri Bhavani Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.
  
  Clients may not copy, share, or give designs to other contractors without permission.

  5. Project Timeline
  
  Timelines are estimated and depend on site readiness, client approvals, and material availability.
  
  Delays caused by client decisions, external agencies, or unforeseen situations are not our responsibility.

  6. Warranty
  
  Warranty on products/services is applicable only as per the manufacturer’s terms.
